Project Responsibilities
- Space planning, extensive research of Korean Culture and Architecture prior to conceptual design.
- Selected the unique, simple, and elegant elements of design from Korean Architecture books and implemented them into design concept and design development.
- Prepared all the presentation drawings and perspective rendering.
- Selected all the materials and finishes including decorative light fixtures for client’s review and approval.
- Prepared all the necessary design details needed in construction documents.
- Coordinated furniture installation and conducted the punch list.
- Reviewed and approved all the millwork and caseworks shop drawings, materials, finishes submittals and construction administration.
