Project Responsibilities
- Coordinated with client and general contractor during construction.
- Monitor progress of construction to resolve construction issue with sub- contractors by visiting construction site twice a week.
- Reviewed and approved millwork, casework shop drawings, colors and material samples submittal by casework contractor.
- Reviewed and approved custom casework templates location prior to casework installation.
- Reviewed and approved payment request by general contractor based on project's monthly construction progress.
- Conducted punch list.
