Project Responsibilities
- Investigated the existing space and building condition base on the client's provided drawings to make sure all existing condition and measurements are accurate with our space plans and will work well based on the information collected.
- Conducted a furniture inventory of existing furniture to be re-used from client's off site office for consideration.
- Selected,recommended and specified materials, colors and new furniture to blend with existing furniture to be re-used to meet the client's budget.
- Brought client's representative to furniture manufacturer's show rooms in order for them to have an overall idea of the recommended furniture. Reviewed with client's all the recommended materials, colors and new furniture for approval prior to bidding.
- Responsible of construction documents production. Reviewed and approved materials, colors and finishes submittal by general contractor.
- Conducted punch list of furniture.
